Kevin
Kevin, the original founder of Schwieterman Construction, has since retired from working in the field, but is still very much a part of our team. His strong roots in trust, hard work and unmatched craftmanship have built a strong foundation for the future of Schwieterman Construction.
Mindy
Mindy is the first face you’ll see when you decide to work on your next commercial or residential project. She is our creative engine and your trusted guide on your new build or remodeling journey. She handles all the fine details – helping you design and select each unique element in your project. Mindy will walk you through all the stages of your build – making sure we are meeting your expectations. Mindy also runs all of our office operations – from building your dream home or handling coordination for your next warehouse to engineering the steel building projects into the computers.
Zak
Zak is the heart of our operation. From helping to put labor on jobs to running the crew, he is a part of the entire project. Growing up in the construction industry, he has a strong passion for high-quality design, and his hands-on experience are an invaluable asset to both our company and our clients. Zak is fully involved in every project – ensuring we meet our clients’ needs and continue to build strong, positive relationships and first-class builds in our communities.
