In 1986 Kevin and Belinda Schwieterman started their construction company, then known as Kevin Schwieterman Construction (KSC). Since the beginning – Kevin and his team have been serving both residents and businesses in the Coldwater, OH and surrounding communities with their talents and hard work ethic. During those years, Kevin and his wife, Belinda, built a reputation of bringing both high-quality work and attention to detail to every one of their commercial and residential construction projects. Those values are what now represent Schwieterman Construction.
